Professional, excellent communication throughout the sale process.

From the outset both Frazer and Jack were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They had extensive and current knowledge of the market. The communication was outstanding with regular updates. I was fully aware of what was happening at all times. Jack and Frazer helped co-ordinate services whilst getting the property ready for sale which I appreciated and felt was an excellent service. Overall, I would highly recommend Fazer and Jack as real estate agents. I was extremely pleased with the service and the result.

Always available and made us feel like her top priority

From our first conversation to auction day, we felt like we were Jen's only property on the market. She was always available, always positive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Her understanding of the market and the buyer groups most likely to be interested in our home was spot on. The campaign attracted more bidders than we thought possible, especially in the current market, and that was a direct reflection of the work Jen put in behind the scenes. One of Jen's greatest strengths is that she never sees problems, only solutions. Every obstacle was met with confidence, practical advice and a clear plan. She worked tirelessly with prospective buyers as well as with us, creating a process that achieved the best outcome for everyone involved. Beyond her professional skills, she's simply great to work with. She brings energy, enthusiasm and plenty of humour, which makes a huge difference during what is a stressful time for a seller. Amy is incredibly hardworking, thorough and dedicated. As we were based in Australia while selling our property in New Zealand, having Amy looking after everything for us made the whole process so much easier. She provided a truly one stop service and took care of all the details, including organising renovation work and coordinating everything on our behalf. I’m a very detail oriented person myself, so I had plenty of questions, but Amy was always incredibly patient and never hesitated to go through everything with us. She pays attention to even the smallest details and always strives for perfection. We honestly didn’t expect our property to sell so quickly in the current market, let alone receive three offers and go into a multi offer situation! We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Amy to all my friends and family!
