Caroline and Steve remained in constant contact via email and text updating us with buyer info and feedback, producing weekly summaries. Despite the unpredictable disappointing numbers of buyers during this time, Caroline and Steve kept on top of the outcomes, proposing changes in marketing strategy to fit with the responses from the buyers and the slow selling market. After following their strategic advice we achieved a sale in 7 weeks. We felt Caroline and Steve shared our journey through the emotions of disappointment in not seeing the numbers of buyers or offers we had hoped for, frustration with the slow market, the pressure of having to make a sale and the realisation of facing the reality of today’s market. Trent and Trudy are the most professional agents I know. They kept me in the loop every week regarding each open home. Even though the market is slow, they contacted their clientele again and again and kept doing the opening home until it was sold. They respect us, "being a proud owner", never persuade us to drop the sale price for the sake of selling it.
