25 years selling residential property for homeowners, investors & property developers. Originally from Ireland, my career has taken me from the misty midlands of Ireland starting out working for my Dad in his successful estate agency, to Melbourne Australia and now firmly settled in beautiful Dunedin. In that time, I've sold an incredible array of properties from farms of land in my home country of Ireland, to some of the tallest apartment towers on behalf of Australia and New Zealand’s largest property developers, and everything in between. But it's the people that I work for that are at the heart of everything I do, and that’s led to many successes in my career. Passionate and communicative

Mikayla worked with Denise on my recent sale. She has an engaging and positive vibe about her and you can tell she comes with fresh ideas and knowledge especially about the new generation of buyers that are entering the property market and how to utilise social media channels to get your property seen by a wider range of purchasers. She was always early for open homes and prompt in all communications. Mikayla isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation or answer any questions. Outstanding knowledge, fantastic personality and gets sh*t done!

I’m a repeat client of Denise. She sold my house three years ago during an extremely difficult time after the sudden passing of my partner. Denise operated with a level of compassion and empathy not often attributed to real estate agents. She went above and beyond to make everything as simple as possible, ensuring my needs were met every step of the way. This time around I was in a much more positive mindset but still knew there was only one agent in mind for the job. We set a deadline sale which due to the outstanding marketing of NZPS - attracted a huge amount of interested parties. After receiving an early offer we made the decision to bring the deadline forward and I was presented with five great offers after only six days to market. Now unconditionally sold for a price that was over and above initial price expectations - I’m absolutely thrilled and happy to recommend Denise (& Mikayla) to anyone looking to sell with agents that won’t blow smoke up your bum and then underdeliver. These guys actually do what they say they will and they will exceed your expectations and change any negative opinions on real estate agents you may have from the past!

Integrity, strongly ethical, positive, realistic, collabarative.

Within nine weeks of first meeting Peter Gale he sold my house and helped me buy a new one, finding willing buyers who share my gratitude to him. Peter marketed the house in a transparent manner, he listened carefully to my concerns and imparted confidence, communicated superbly and obtained an excellent offer. I think my new house purchase also went smoothly because he has good relationships with the developers, my first offer under asking was accepted. I will be forever grateful to Peter Gale.

Great agent! Super friendly and personable, inviting and made buying our first home a breeze!

My partner and I have been looking for our first home for a while, one thing we’ve noticed is agents who are unfriendly and turn up to their own open homes late. Mikayla on the other hand was early, super friendly and very easy to deal with. She’s been supportive and kept up great communication between us and the vendors when we had questions and helped us get through all stages of the sale with ease. We are really excited to move into our new home, so thank you Mikayla for helping us make that possible! Would highly recommend Mikayla to all!
