Every property on the market with Olivia was sold within days, a remarkable feat in this current market, and we were looking for a simple and fast sale, so Olivia and Team Atkins were the natural choice. Olivia kept us informed throughout the entire process, keeping it as straightforward as possible. I really admire the fact that she genuinely worked around our busy schedule, and this was a huge benefit for us. But most of all, I really admire Olivia's "no BS" style. She delivered on her promises, showed the right potential buyers around our property, and strove to get the maximum return as she could. I've had experience of over-promising and under-delivering, as well as poor market strategy, but Olivia gave us so much confidence in that her strategy was in our best interests, not hers. I can't recommend Olivia and Team Atkins any higher, especially if you are in the West Auckland area. True knowledge, expertise and guidance from Olivia!
