Diligent and caring, with a fair appraisal, excellent communication and thorough buyer follow-up.

Our agent stood out from the beginning as the most responsive agent we spoke with, even before we signed with her. Her market knowledge, supported by her team’s insights, gave us confidence in her fair appraisal and helped us set realistic expectations in an extremely tough market. She organised and ran our open homes exceptionally well, followed up diligently with potential buyers, and consistently shared their feedback with us. Her communication was clear, timely and thoughtful, so we always felt informed and understood what was happening throughout the sale. Her advice was credible and considered, and we appreciated her willingness to draw on her colleagues’ expertise as well. During negotiations, she strongly advocated for our interests and demonstrated the value of having an experienced agent in our corner. As soon as a buyer committed, she went straight to work helping us find our next home. Throughout the process, she went above and beyond with her attention to detail and care. They went Above and Beyond

I can’t thank the team enough for the care, patience and support they gave me throughout the process of selling my home. Before putting my house on the market, I was honestly quite frightened. I’m not computer literate, I had never sold a house before, and I had no idea how I was going to manage everything on my own. It all felt very overwhelming. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, sympathetic and understanding of my situation. They took the time to listen to me, explain things clearly and make sure I understood what was happening. I was never made to feel like I was asking too many questions, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Communication was fantastic. Between Olivia and Gary, I was always kept so well informed, and there was always someone at the end of the phone whenever I needed help or reassurance. They were genuinely concerned about how I was coping, not just about selling the house. They also understood that I needed to move into a retirement village and that timing was really important for me. They worked hard to get the best possible outcome while being sensitive to my circumstances and the fact that I was managing everything on my own. Selling a home is a huge thing at any stage of life, but for me it was particularly emotional and challenging. The team made me feel supported every step of the way, and I never felt that I was facing it alone. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients. Their kindness, patience, communication and willingness to go the extra mile meant more to me than they probably realise. Awesome agent, very happy with his service

We loved working with Gary. Always kept us fully informed. Very experienced and knows the area really well and the market in general. Gave great advice, very trustworthy and honest.
