Leading the Davidson and Co team with his sister Ashleigh, he finds their different styles constructive when viewing situations from varying perspectives. He is very approachable with a good sense of humour and his appetite for successful outcomes marries effortlessly with his desire to deliver a positive buying or selling experience. Lachy studied at Otago Uni, receiving degrees in both Physical Education and Commerce. Super yachts in Europe and The Pacific, and construction work in Melbourne followed for seven years at which time the relaxed vibe of Tauranga and proximity to family, called him home. He and his wife Nicole are the proud parents of a wee daughter, and two rowdy spoodles complete their happy family. Lachy’s passions are anything outdoor with surfing, snowboarding, golf and rugby at the top of his list.
