After Teide sold our home for us (and did a stellar job), we asked her to help us buy our next home. She went above and beyond - gathering information, liaising with the selling agent, guiding us through the negotiation and purchase process. Even though she was not going to get the largest share of the commission, she stayed by our side the entire time and supported us more than anyone else in the process. Before we moved in, she spent countless hours waiting while we were getting tradies around the house (for curtains quotes, etc). After we move in, she still helped solve a few nagging issues around the house. In my opinion, Teide’s skills and can-do attitude place her well above the rest.
