We worked with Mala as property buyers and it was a great experience. Her professionalism, pleasant manner and attention to detail made the whole buying experience seamless from offer to settlement. Highly recommended agent, with solid local market knowledge and is a pleasure to work with.
Mala is an amazing person. Not just a great agent. She is fantastically kind, and takes genuine care of you. You'll be in nothing but safe hands.
The whole process with Mala was quick & efficient. She was very helpful along the way answering all our questions, taking away all our stress by genuinely caring . We were extremely happy with the whole process , we would highly recommend Mala as your agent.
Mala was amazing to work with, we were not in the country for the sale of our home which could have made this a very stressful process, but Mala put our minds at ease and made sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much, from liaising with the staging company, trades and power providers to even carrying out some of the handy work herself! Mala took care of everything and truly went above and beyond to assist in the sale of our home. Due to a negative past experience with a different agency we were not planning to sell with an estate agent this time around, but due to personal circumstances we had need to. If we had known how easy Mala made the process and the great service she provided we would not have hesitated. We have sold several houses over the years and Mala is far and away the best agent we have ever worked with, would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of selling.
Mala was extremely warm and friendly from the first moment we met her. Mala was so accommodating and never rushed us to make decisions. Mala was informative and very kind especially under nerve racking times and was a calm presence to both myself and my husband. Mala was more like a friend than a realtor which made this experience rather enjoyable sharing some laughs along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Mala and we wish her all the best in her career. Bevan and Sarah
