Yet another great experience working with Ian and the 003 team

This is the second time we've purchased a property through Ian and his team. The entire 003 team was a pleasure to deal with and we really appreciated the honest and open dialogue. We've had real estate agents waste our time in the past where the gap between our expectations and the vendors were in totally different ballparks (we're busy people and don't appreciate our time being wasted)! I would rate Ian as the best agent to work with in the area and have recommended him to friends and family.
