As we live out of Auckland it can be difficult to view property. Gavin made it possible for other members of the family to view it at short notice. They liked it so be travelled up for the open home the next day. Unfortunately arrived a day early. But no problem we were able to view it, made an offer and with Gavin’s assistance we were unconditional within a week.

Gavin is a great communicator, that took time to go through every step of the process and answer knowledgeably any queries I had. Astonishing work rate from sunrise to late at night on occasion. Thank you on helping secure a great result for all!
