Darrell explained everything very well right from start. No nasty surprises. Communication was excellent. The price we got for our property was 30% more than a well known local agent told us we would get. We had plenty of people interested in the property, (thanks to Darrell and Tall Poppy). The final deal went very smooth and straight forward.
