Great communication and always keeping us in the loop

Alex was really onto it from the start, from organizing a time to view the place that worked with our schedule to keeping us in the loop as the home buying process went on. He also helped to follow on some things with the vendor which was a great help to us. Alex is also personable and professional, it felt easy enough bringing up any issues with him whenever there were any.
