I have had the pleasure of trusting Jennifer with the sale of my house. She is hugely knowledgeable and professional. But the things that stood out to me was how she listened and understood my anxieties, not pushing me but partnering me. She communicated and never left me dangling but always answered my texts quickly. I felt so dumb at times with all of the legal and real estate speak but she patiently explained things. She encouraged me to get my house looking sale worthy and congratulated me on work I had achieved. She made me feel very proud of my effort. Very energetic and proactive agent highly recommended.

A fairly low value and difficult property to market which was seized by Tracy with recommendations as to presale preparation which were adopted by the vendor and a sale at a top price was achieved in a multi-offer situation. Couldn't be more complimentary and highly recommended to any vendor/property owner.

Hard working and committed to achieving a sale

Tracey is a great communicator, balanced and reasonable. Clear feedback and good negotiator. Stuck with it and kept working the property even when it was under offer to the extent that we felt reassured that even if contract didnt happen there was another ready and waiting.
